Immunizations

Our professional nurses offer immunizations to keep children and adults in our community healthy and safe from vaccine-preventable diseases.

Seasonal flu shots will be offered at the Lion's Den in Rolla from 9 am - 1 pm on October 18, 2017. If you can't attend that day, just walk-in to the Health Department to get a flu shot any day except Thursday, beginning October 20, 2017.

We can give flu shots to anyone 6 months old or older. You can pay for your flu shot with cash, or we can bill your private insurance, Medicaid or Medicare. Be sure to bring your insurance card.

We also offer the following immunizations:

  • Routine Childhood Immunizations
  • Hepatitis-A and Hepatitis-B
  • MMR Vaccine – Measles, Mumps, and Rubella
  • HPV (Human Papillomavirus) Vaccine - Cervical Cancer Vaccine
  • Polio Vaccine

  • Tetanus/Diphtheria (Td) Vaccine
  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis (Tdap) Vaccine

Some fees may apply. We accept some insurance plans, but you may still be required to make the co-payment. Uninsured or underinsured people may be able to receive certain vaccinations for a very low fee. Children enrolled in MoHealthNet can receive free shots through the Vaccine for Children program.
