WIC Eligibility Guidelines

Requirements for participation in the WIC program are the same for everyone regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or handicap.

Income guidelines are based on your gross income, which means all the money you receive before you spend anything. At your WIC visit, you will be asked how much money you receive from all sources.

If you are already receiving Medicaid, you do not have to meet income guidelines, but you must still declare your income when you come in to apply for the program.

Use the table below to see if you might qualify for the WIC program. Unborn babies are counted as a family member. Income guidelines are based on 185% poverty level.
