Food Inspection Reports — 2021

Our trained Environmental Public Health Specialist (EPHS) inspects approximately 200 food establishments in Phelps and Maries County, including restaurants, taverns, retail food stores, food processors and distributors, schools and senior nutrition sites. Inspection frequency is determined by a "public health priority" rating system based on the type of establishment, the extent of food preparation, past inspection history and other variables.

Inspection reports are public records. They are posted here weekly or may be viewed at the health department during regular business hours.

View reports from inspections completed in 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016 or 2015.
